Question My PC keep shutting down after replace motherboard and psu

Hello, im new here, i have a biggest problem ever have on my PC, a friend give me a PC and i was thinking upgrade, its kind old, its coming whit 32gb ram ddr3, GTX 960 2gb, Water Cooling Corsair h60, i5 3550, Asus p8h77-M, PSU Corsair cx 500w , western digital Enterprise Class 1TB.
And i swap the i5 for for i7 2600k, and then i tested PC shut down, i buy new psu keep shutting down, then i buy another motherboard keeping shut down i still dont understand why, is it processor or HDD or Rams? If any help please i appreciate, and sorry for my english im portuguese.

Are you still using a P8H77-M motherboard?

What BIOS version are you using?

P8H77-M - Support

It looks like you need BIOS 0229 or newer.
