My pc keep turning off/on continuously!!

well, i upgraded my motherboard, ram, and cpu and put it together. when i power up my pc, it started to turning off and on continuously. right now im gonna exchange my cpu and new ram.

Method I tried use:
1. Re-seated everything.
2. use a power supply tester and power supply still work.
3. check my cpu for any burnt but i only see distorted color.

Upgrade Parts: Gigabyte GA-Z170XP-SLI, G. Skill TridentZ 16G(2x8) 3000, Intel I7-6700k
Old Parts: Samsung 840 Pro 512G, Cosair HX 1050W, Corsair H100i GTX

P.S. those upgrade parts, i just got everything in 1 week

Try both sticks of RAM separately in slot one and see if it will boot.
What kind of distorted colour do you see on your CPU? Did you use thermal paste?
