Question My pc keeps auto shutdowning after changing base clock value!

I have i7-8700 processor and I tried to change base clock value with Gigabyte z370p D3 motherboard. When I reset my pc, it tried to turn on but then it turned off again, and this keeps happening. I can't turn on my pc now :/. Any help??

Clear CMOS and dont try to BCLK overclock.

BCLK overclocking changes the speed of everything in the system and can cause things to stop working properly. If you wanted to overclock you should have bought the -k skew.
