Question My Pc keeps crashing after gpu installation.

I recently upgraded from a gtx 1660 ti to a RTX 3070, first game i launched was minecraft and after about an hour my pc rebooted itself. i turned it back on and launched it again, after only a few seconds it rebooted again.
I reinstalled my drivers and im currently running with an I7 8700, and 16 gb of 2666mhz ram. My power supply is a 650w im not sure what kind. any help is appreciated

You need to find this out by taking off the side panel and checking. We need to know brand AND model.
