Question My pc keeps crashing as soon as it opens

I tried removing the ram stick and putting it back in, after that it boots when I try to open any application it crashes and starts crashes constantly at boot.
Here is my specs

Intel core i7 950 3.07 GHz
Gtx 780 ti
8 gb ram ddr3 timetec 1333mhz
480 gb SATA SSD bx500 crucial
1300w psu
Asus extreme III motherboard
Please help asap

PSU: make, model, wattage (1300 noted), age, condition (original, new, refurbished, used)?

Just one 8 GB RAM stick or perhaps two 4GB RAM sticks?

Will the system boot into Safe Mode and remain stable?

(Do verify that I found the correct User Manual.)

What was the original reason for removing the RAM stick? Some failure.

Ensure that the current RAM stick and configuration is supported by the motherboard.

The ram is brand new I purchased it 3 months ago it was working just fine and I made sure it was in properly and I have some duel channel 4Gbs lying around but it gives the same output, I tried different ram slots but I get the same result and one works for a bit then crashes
