My PC keeps crashing!!! please help me

I just built my first PC and it seemed to be working fine. Everything was working well until i tried to play TF2. My computer loaded the game fine but about 90 seconds into the game my computer just crashed. The computer would not turn back on until I had unplugged the outlet to the power supply and flipped the psu switch on and off. I tried to play the game again and this time the computer made a crackling noise that started once the game started using 3D graphics the noise seemed to be possibly coming from the power supply. I checked and all of my temperatures are normal. I don't believe that it is a graphics card problem but I reinstalled my graphics card drives anyway I believe that it is a problem with my power supply but I am not sure. I have only played one game but every time I play my computer crashes. Here are the specs to my PC.

graphics card: NVIDIA EVGA GE FORCE GTX 660 superclock edition
processor: AMD FX QUAD CORE BLACK EDITION
power supply: THERMALTAKE TR2 600W
sshd: seagate 1 TB
ram: GSKILL F3-1866 8GB

Try to borrow a PSU from someone to test. THERMALTAKE TR2 600W is a weak PSU.
