My Pc keeps Freezeing and I need an Expert

So this has been a really big problem for me. When I stress my PC out it will freeze. Keyboard stops working, mouse stops working and the screen is like an image (I'm kinda new to this whole troubleshooting gaming computer; I've learned a lot by trying to fix this PC) It is factory built case, motherboard, hard drive and power supply. I installed was my graphics card.Then I saw that the Windows Ten update was free so I updated, it worked for about a year then it started to freeze after 5 minutes of startup. Then I waited for 6 months before working on it again because I felt defeated, but the freezing after 5 minutes stopped, I have no clue why. I started to stress it with gaming but it is back to freezing. I reapplied the thermal paste, for the last 3 weeks it worked. And I add more ram because of CMOS error now its back to freezing.

Amd Fx 6300 Six-core
Msi Gtx 750
Asrock N68C-GS4 FX
8 GB RAM
400W power supply made by Imicro

Really need some help (only 14 so the cheaper the better if I need to buy parts)

^ that would be your culprit if the system freezes when you tax it. On another note, while idling, does the system freeze? Are the 8GB's of ram on your system, mixed and matched?

The 8GB are not mixed they are the same and it only freezes when stressed I was thinking it was the power supply, is 750W overkill?

Well I bought a 700W power supply but it keeps freezeing and its been freezeing while idle sometimes, also I tried a dskchk /f and it didnt help actually it gave me some new blue screens, this pc just keeps making me upset!
