So ill try to explain the problem as good as i can. Yesterday i noticed my pc froze when watching a stream on Discord so I thought my pc just bugged out or smth and force restarted it. After the restart and entering back to Discord my pc froze again and i got a black screen for around a minute or so. This freezing kept happening and I thought to myself "oh well ill just reinstall windows because the problem is probably there" and so I did. But to my surprise it didnt help. Now to explain the "freeze" itself. I can switch between the tabs I have open and do stuff inside them, for example I was watching a movie on VLC mediaplayer and i could countinue even when my pc was lagging. If i try to open start menu or any new program while my pc is bugged out it freezes and usually comes back after 2-3 minutes but sometimes I have to force reboot. Another interesting thing is that nothing in my web browser loads when I have this "freeze" but I obviously have internet because I was in a discord call and people could hear me. I have updated all the drivers and troubleshooted the basic things (anti-virus, drivers, windows reinstall etc). What am i supposed to do?
