Ive recently purchased a pre built pc and in a few games ive played it been randomly shutting down my pc instantly without warning and then rebooting it. I've done benchmarks with this pc before so it has been maxed out a few times without any dramas. But some games still crash my pc making me think its a power issue but how come the benchmarks never caused this issue?

Solution
I'll check whole system first, then look for benchmarks and gaming. Check your psu. Check thermals, clean dust, reapply paste and change cooler if necessary. Test ram, hdd. Download some system, cpu, gpu diagnostics utility. Change cmos battery, update bios, reinstall windows. Also what pc you buy? It can be some problems with prebuilt system, if you wanna upgrade, or change something.
