Question My pc keeps on shutting down. When i turn it back on, after 10 seconds it will shut down again.

I noticed that the cooling system(liquid) and the motherboard is hot. I waited for minutes to let it cooldown and start again. Again it shutdown. Touched the cooling system and motherboard and hot af. Waited again for cooldown and i tried to removed plug-ins like keyboard, mouse, cables and it worked. So i decided to plug my keyboard and mouse back in. When i did, again, shutdown, MB and cooling systems are hot. Any help?
