Question My PC keeps rebooting and feels hot when i play dota 2

This happens recently when i install a new SSD Drive Samsung SSD 860 Evo 500GB. Is it because i wrongly installed or my pc does not support such storage?. Previously using PNY 120GB

PC Specs as below :-

Asrock h110m-DGS/D3
Intel i5
Nvidia Geforce GTX 750 Ti
AVF PSU ps500-f1v2
Samsung ssd860

It started after i change to new ssd, and i play my game as usual, this humming noise getting loud, then comes a time, where the screen freezes and reboot by itself. Sometimes, the app crash, and i cannot click anything but have to hard reboot by pressing the power button.

I actually doesnt know how to read the MSI Afterburner, refer the screenshot.

Have you even tested your cpu temps while playing the games also if you think your SSD is faulty you can return and swap it for another one?

How do i test or check my cpu temps? Any ways you can guide? My screenshot there is when i use Afterburner. Is that the temp details? I dont know how to read it
