Question MY pc keeps rebooting during gaming

Im having a problem. I have run cinibench, 3dmark, prime 95. All temps are stable through gpu and cpu. Im using coretemp hwmonitor and amds own temperature controls and iobit performance monitor.

asrock x570 taichi
amd 3900x
amd rx 5700 xt sapphire rgb
seasonic 1000 watt gold psu
64 gb oloy rgb ram 3200 mhz

Please help this only just started to occur since a recent windows update about 10 days ago, and liek a year ago playing ghost recon breakpoint - but that issue got fixed. Its doign it in csgo and call of duty modern warfare - warzone. I cant really do anything game wise for more than 10-30 minutes and it just shuts off and its not hot either.

Have you tried rolling back the update? It's not unheard of for a software update to "break" a system.

the updates more then ten days old i was thinking my thermal junction could be getting high but only my iobit software says that the rest like amd, coretemp and hwmonitor are all stable.
