Question My PC keeps rebooting randomly and Windows Event Viewer always shows it as "Event ID 41" ?

There's no rhyme or reason to this crash/rebooting. I was working on my laptop with a single Microsoft Edge tab open on the desktop when it rebooted. I don't even see a blue screen of death. It just goes black and restarts. First time it happened when a Steam game was updating. These are the events I see before and after the crash:

Error: Event Log 6008 - The previous system shutdown was unexpected.
Critical: The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.
Error: Event Log 1101 - Audit events have been dropped by the transport. 0

The first time I did not even know when it happened, I was away from the computer with Steam open and came back to the desktop wallpaper. I knew something fishy happened and checked the Event Viewer to see the Event ID 41. I thought it could be something from Windows update and left it. Second time it happened, I updated every single driver I could find and hoped that would fix it (audio drivers, vBIOS etc). This is the third time, and I am pretty nervous about the PC components failing. It has only been a year since I got this PC. Could this happen due to a failing CPU? I just replaced it last year after the i9 13900k failed, I don't know if the second CPU is also failing.

Specs:
MBD: GIGABYTE Z790 UD AX
CPU: i9-13900K
GPU: RTX 4090
RAM: 32GB RAM
Storage: 500GB SSD/1TB SSD/4TB HDD
PSU: EVGA 1300 GT 80 GOLD

BIOS is updated to the latest version with the microcode fix. I updated it as soon as it was available.
GPU drivers and other drivers are all updated to the latest version.

Ok, I just ran sfc /scannow as admin and it said "Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files and successfully repaired them". Could that be the cause of this?

Never mind, it happened again.

THE PROBLEM ISSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS LIKELYYYYYYYYYYYY. if you updated to the new BIOS microcode it causes this problem , So the cpu runs under light load and tries to enter powersaving then cuts out. So the solution ends up being you go into bios and disable C-STATE 8 and 10, it apparently fixes this however "GIGABYTE DOESNT Confirm or deny if this is happening to everyone with a gigabyte board",

to find this i had to look on google for like 7 hours, Also intel hasn't told me if its still a RMA case or not yet. so yeah it happens everywhere such as leaving a game launcher running, or browser open, without the cpu load being maybe more than 10% (just a guess didnt bother verifying). yeah it doesnt help switching off automatic restart on blue screen. if it still does this after disabling those 2 c states likely something is failing.
