Question my pc keeps restarting after decent gaming

Hello
so i have
cpu: AMD A8 9600(with LC-CC-120-RGB for cpu cooling)
gpu: GTX 650
ram: 8 gb
My pc keeps restarting after decent amount of gaming .I dont know if it is cooling or if my harware is insufficient. For example after 1 hour of subnautica in low/medium setting my pc restarts . thank you in advance for any help provided

This problem seems to have exploded lately, I don't know why. It's been happening to me too. After a lot of testing I believe my restarts were power related. Subnautica really stresses the CPU at times, so if your PSU is not up to the challenge it could be causing the restart. What PSU do you have?

My psu
Thermaltake Smart RGB 700W

and my cpu draws only 65W .i tested my cpu and gpu usage and my gpu was 80-90% while cpu was 40-60%

When does it restart? As soon as you close the game, or after a brief period of doing so? Or does the game crash?

Is any part of the system overclocked at all? What power supply is being used?

It restart after a period of time .As for the overclock I have overclock only the monitor from 85 to 89 and I overclocked my GPU once but after the first restart I returned to normal. The PSU is Thermaltake Smart RGB 700w
