My PC KEEPS RESTARTING WHILE PLAYING GAMES

I think its something related to cpu temp...
my cpu reaches a temp of about 75C before hard restarting...

My Specs

Intel i3-3220
Zotac GTX 960 2GB
2X 4 GB HyperX Fury
Corsair VS550
Gigabyte H61M-DS2

75C is not good but it is not bad for a CPU under load too.
It could be also memory related.
Try running your PC with just one stick of ram and see if the issue persists.
Check this with both the ram sticks.
Also I suggest you try running stress tests to know if it is indeed a hardware fault.

Yes, looks like temps, but you need to check what causing that high temps like Dust, lack of proper intake and exhaust system (Fans), also make sure if your PSU also getting proper airflow.
- My first doubt is airflow so check if your cabinet is getting proper cool air as intake and pushing hot air from exhaust.
- If your Fans, CPU cooler and other components are dusty then try to clean them.
- also make sure your cabinet is in cool place and PSU is getting cool air flow (from your name it looks like you are from India, and its hot, as its summer time, so if your cabinet is in congested place so remove it from there so it can breath cool air).
- Also look for GPU temps
