My PC keeps restarting with games

Alright so I've been playing all games good until just recently when I play the forest on high it's all ok till the game leaves the start menu then it crashes although I was just playing this game last night on high and same settings and it ran perfect, now it just resets my PC every time... Also have just tried the witcher 3 maxed out and even witcher ran smooth with no problems the forest does run on ultra low and windowed though, I'm really lost... Does anybody have an idea?

amd video cards and the newer crimson drivers have an issue that causes the gpu to over heat if you have an amd card roll back to the older drivers or use msi afterburner to turn up the fan speed. if you dont have amd gpu check temp of the gpu with msi afterburner if the temp is fine check that the cpu fan is moving fine and use
