My PC Keeps Shutting Down In Any Game I Play.....

Hi everyone i need help... had this problem for a while now and its just getting worse, my pc would be fine playing games for a bit temps dont go past 50-60 but it just decides to reboot, im getting really angry at my pc at this stage and i am really tempted to switch over to console, i know its a dumb thing to say but i cant afford a new system and i just need help or i will switch to console.

Specs:
I7 4770 (non k)
16gb ddr3
1tb hdd western digital
Gtx 770
750watt psu

if anyone has anything that may help please let me know.... tia
 
Make and model of your PSU? How old is it? If the system turns off only when subjected to a taxation, then it's either an overheating issue or your PSU is failing at it's duty. You didn't mention the make and model of your motherboard. Are you on the latest GPU drivers? What games have you taxed the system with?
 
I'm having the same problem. Should I buy a new psu (https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B017ROH8A6/ref=psdc_430514031_t2_B01127D0MY?th=1) and apply some new thermal paste?
