My pc keeps turning on and off ever since i disconnected my cpu fan

Well first off my cpu fan fan had one blade that gad come off and then I toolk the fan out and disconnected it. I did this to super glue the fan blade back(which i did) then reconnected the fan back onto the heatsink and booted up the pc and everything was running;leds, fans, hard drive. However the pc repeatedly turned on andboff in an infinite loop until i turned off the psu. Before you ask my graphics card wasnt outputing anything to my monitor so ibcouldntnchange anythingnin the bios.
Any way my specs are ;
Psu:corsair cs750m
Gpu: amd r9 290x
Cpu: intel 3770 lga1155 socket 3.4ghz
Ram: (dontknow brand) but 16gigs at 1600mhz

Maybe it is getting overheated by the fan not working properly, if so i suggest you to buy a new fan that fits your PC. What OS are you using? did you recently upgrade/downgrade?

I bought a corsair h60 liquid cooler with a fan and installed it into my case. My os is windows 8 . 1 and i haven't upgraded my cpu. However the problem is still occurring

Did you make sure that the pum was plugged into the cpu fan slot and that the fan was plugged into another header?

Yea i checked and it's in the cpu fan header
