My PC Lags with every game (Please Help)

Hello my pc won't play any of the games on my pc every game lags, thing is my specs are pretty decent so i should be able to play them fine

AMD fx 6300
8gb ddr3 ram
GTX 960 2GB
500GB HDD
Windows 10

Fallout 4: high settings: 1920 1080
smite: lowest settings: 1920 1080
H1Z1: Medium settings: 1920 1080
