my PC lags

hi guys , i have a problem while gaming in dcs world 1.5 , i get huge lags when i try to moov my head to see around & while zooming in , CPU frequancy is 102% & CPU usage is around 50-60 % , but the VRAM is 2025mb/2048mb & the RAM is between 50 and 70% , & this increase when i try to rise settings up .. but there is no lags in BF4 & GTA 5 at high settings .

so does cpu frequancy cause lags in games while it is full ??
& does the VRAM cause lags in games while it is full ? & can a GTX 1060 fix this problem ?

my pc specs ;
-i5 4460 3.2ghz
-gtx 750 ti 2 gb
- 12gb ram 1600mhz
- 320 gb hdd

so overclocked cpu by 2%? That could be anything.

The higher the CPU frequency the faster it is. E.g. a 1GHz frequency does 1 billion clock cycles a second. a 4GHz frequency does 4 billion clock cycles per second.

VRAM is basically RAM in your graphics card. The more there is and is being used the faster/better it will operate.

These won't slow down gaming, but will if they overheat.

thnx for the reply , but whith GTA 5 & BF4 & other games there is no lags even if the frequancy is full , its just in dcs world 1.5

i need to know if the cpu frequancy can cause lags in games when it is full (102%) ??

Where does it say frequency is 102%?

The higher the cpu frequency the faster your cpu is working, it will not cause lag unless there are too many things happening at once. If the cpu frequency is staying 100% for a long duration then there are many things happening keeping the CPU occupied so it will take longer to execute commands as it's still completing the previous ones.
