Question my pc makes a weird sound ( like a frog's croaking sound)..what could be the issue?

hello everyone.. i need some help..Actually having this weird sound coming out of my pc cabinet like it was some frog croaking inside it..Its not continuous ..its comes after certain time interval and whenever i turn my pc on..as soon as i hit the power button its there..remains there just for a second and than its normal i kind of feels like its the PSU that is creating this sound..what should i do? any suggestions
Its a cooler master 750w 80plus broze unit.. model no. - MPX-7501-AMAAB-UK

When you turn on your PC, your hard drive has to spin up to speed. That vibration could be the problem. If you have a hard drive that is set to power down, same thing is possible periodically.

That unit isn't exactly a good unit. We will however need more information. List your full system's specs like so:

Include a video or an audio clip to corroborate the croaking sound and in the interim period you will need to isolate the source of the noise so you're not pointing the finger at the wrong component. Often times it can be a fan in the chassis that is failing or there's a wire brushing up against the fan blades.
