I hear random clicking noises, mostly when something changes on the screen, like when i'm typing a letter comes up it clicks a few times. Or when I'm scrolling trough a website it also clicks. When I'm idle, looking at my desktop, it stops, but when I do literally anything, it begins clicking again. I've stopped all my fans one by one, and it didn't stop. I also don't think its my hdd, because it works perfectly and I've listened to yt video's about failing hdd sounds and all of them are constant and not clicking random. Its also not really the same sound I'm hearing. It may be the PSU, but PSU fans are constant, and the clicking from my pc is irregular. Pls help.

Solution
It is almost certainly the PSU. It likely is happening anytime the PSU comes out of no load to a light load. There are many models affected by this, not just the one at the following link.

It is also possible that it is something else, but that is the most likely culprit. What is the model of your PSU?
