Question My PC Monitor DELL SE2416H has maximum 60 Hz and with RX 6600 get FPS of 100+ in Ultra Settings. Am I using my GPU to full capacity

As the question says.
My PC Monitor DELL SE2416H has maximum 60 Hz
GPU - AMD Radeon RX 6600
I get FPS of 100+ in Ultra Settings in many games.

But read across internet, that I am only actually viewing those games in 60 FPS (I am not able to understand this)

Can someone please explain in layman language about this ? And what should be done to get those high FPS actually visible
PLease show some videos too if possible and if anyone can suggest a monitor from India via www.amazon.in budget around 10000 Rupees
