Question My pc monitor won't connect to my iptv receiver?

Hello all,
i have mag 254 iptv receiver besides two pc VGA monitors (Samsung & FUJITSU), i want to connect the receiver with one of these monitors,
i have connected a converter (input: VGA, output: HDMI) between the iptv and each monitor, but this doesn't work, the monitor still black screen!.

It sounds like you need a HDMI to VGA converter, not a VGA to HDMI converter.
That is, you have Input: VGA, Output: HDMI, but need Input: HDMI, Output: VGA.

Or, do I mis-understand what you have?

Thanks for your reply, i have the correct converter, maybe i didn't describe it well, anyway i attached a picture of the converter, u can see it.
The iptv has HDMI port and both of monitors have VGA port.
