My PC needs help

My PC always freeze. Can't move mouse and no capslock light. need help

Try seating the RAM in another slot, it could be either a faulty bank or a bad RAM stick,

How much RAM do you have installed on your system?

8gb 1 stick

Try seating the RAM in another slot, it could be either a faulty bank or a bad RAM stick,

already did that but always the same outcome.
