Question My pc never posts

Rtx 2060 Z
Asus prime z370
I5 9600k
Cooler master i71c
Adata xpg z1 2400 2x (8)
Evga 600w 80+
Azza Photos 250

I've swapped out mb, cpu, gpu and psu

I think it's my ram.
My mb supports 2400. But my cpu says it's 2666 speed. Do I need to have that speed of ram.

Have you tried POSTing with a single stick? Try one, then the other if the first doesn't POST. Also try different slots.

My pc posts but then I unplugged everything to put it back in the case and now it dont post

So you assembled the system outside your case and it POSTed, but then re-assembling it inside your case and it doesn't? When you say it doesn't POST, does it respond at all to the power switch?
