My pc not show on screen

I have a P.C that i turn it on, i see the motherboard is on , the cpu fan and all other fans are on but it doesn't show on screen. i remove my graphic gard to test if its probelm but i still not showing , i don't know but i think my pc just run without a bios because it don't turn off after i start it if i don't cut the power

Is this a new build or an existing unit? Can you hear any beeps when booting? Have you checked to make sure that your ram is pushed in completely? When you said you had to cut the power are you pulling the plug, using the case switch, or rear power switch? Is the pc constantly rebooting and trying to load the reason why you turn it off? How old is your PSU and what is the make and model?

there is no beat when i boot my pc... The ram is correct istall , isn't new build when i say i have to cut the power i mean i hold for 5 sec the power button. My PSU i some kinq of old
