Check that BIOS/UEFI can recognize all RAM sticks installed and that you have all RAM available.
Keep in mind 32bit windows can only use 4gb RAM.
UPDATE: in BIOS it says that i have only 4096mb of ram
There's the problem.
Now take one stick out, while powered off, and turn it back on and check bios again. If you make it to bios move the stick still plugged in to the other slot(s). Test each slot until you find the bad slot.
If your ram is at fault, take a stick out or having passed the test above switch the stick's role. You should fail to get to bios. Move that stick to other slots and you should still fail bios. That means bad stick.
Alternatively you can Google search "troubleshooting bad ram". Plenty of good sites with step by step instructions in much greater detail than what I can provide.
