[SOLVED] my PC only boots up after pressing the reset button, why?

hello kind sir who's reading this, i have a few problems mainly, when i press the start button the fans start spinning and my GPU light's up but it doesn't boot in any way and after i press the reset button 2 times, it boots up normaily.
All these things started happening after i just changed my ram
CPU- Intel Core I5 7500
GPU- Sapphire rx 570 oc 8gb
RAM- 2x8gb G-Skill
PSU- chieftec Power smart series 80+ gold 550w
Motherboard- Asrock H110M-DGS

Could be - improper ram settings are causing this.
Can you show screenshots from CPU-Z - memory and spd sections?

Your ram is running at 2133mhz (instead of rated 3200mhz).

First go into BIOS an enable A-XMP/DOCP.
See if that fixes things. If not, then you'll have to do some manual ram overclocking.
