Question My PC only boots with 1 stick of DDR4 RAM

Two nights ago, my PC froze and wouldn't post after a restart. Spend a whole day to find out that it only boots fine if I remove 1 stick of RAM. Both sticks work but not together. The other thing is that only slot 3 on my Z270 Gaming Pro mobo works. 1,2 & 4 seems to be "dead". I tried bios update, xmp enabled, removing cmos battery, gpu, etc., and still wont boot if I insert both sticks of ram(they are set). Any different ideas are welcome!

You are talking the pins under the CPU? I haven`t move the CPU since a year ago when I bought a different cooler and it was working fine with both ram sticks.

I really hope its not the mobo. Im just confused of how 3 slots can die out of nowhere....

Update: I checked for bend pins under the cpu and found none. I did put a new thermal paste, put everything together and not only slot 4 for the ram works! Used to be #3 only.... wtf is going on??? Any ideas?

Edit: I am starting to think that all slots are probably working but something is preventing them.
