[SOLVED] My PC only sees 4 cores but I have 8

Hello,

I have a Ryzen 7 3700x 8 core CPU
But when I check my CPU in taskmanager and CPU-Z but it only showes 4 cores and 8 Threads.
Hope you can help me

which windows version are you using?

Which motherboard is it and which BIOS version is on it

take a screenshot of cpu-z and the taskmanager and upload to imgur or similar. Post the link in this forum

type msconfig in the windows search bar
go to the boot tab
select advanced options
uncheck the mark of select number of processors, so no mark at all is set
restart the pc
