My PC only turn on but doesnt go to BIOS nor Windows

My Specs
CPU : Amd FX 6300 Vishera 3.5Ghz
Ram : 2 x 4GB corsair
OLD GPU : R7 360 2GB
New GPU : R9 380x 4GB
PSU : ZUMAX 600 Watt 80+ Bronze

When i put in the new GPU it only turn on the cpu and case fans, gpu fans doesnt turn on and my monitor only shows blackscreen and my mouse and keyboard does not turn on aswell.

Yes it does need 2 6 Pin power connectors
i am currently using MSI 970A-G43

I forgot to mention that it makes 1 long beep and 2 short beeps when i turned it on.

Which BIOS version is on the MSI board?

reset the BIOS by jumper before booting the 380x. Can you test the 380x in another system?

but maybe the power supply can´t run the 380x

I am currently using XFX r7 360 , then i when i changed to Power Color Myst Edition R9 380x with a 600W Zumax PSU 80+ Bronze rated , but it wont turn on.

Any idea why , is it because it doesnt have enough power to juice up the card?

Ye i avoid Zumar like the plague, they are not good PSU's. You can find a few threads on here about them causing issues.

Have a look at the PSU tier list as it may explain a bit more for you:

That is a garbage PSU, lower than Tier 3.

looks like that unit has 2 12v power legs. if it does then both leg max amp is 20amps. so that each leg has less amps then can turn on your new gpu.
