My PC opens then closes then REOPENS AGAIN!

Hello, sometimes my PC starts then shuts down then within 2 - 3 seconds reopens again, why does that happen?

What are your pc specs?
Some gigabyte boards do this natively if you're not running stock bios settings.

▣ MOTHERBOARD - Z170X G1 GAMING Gigabyte
▣ RAM - 32 GB
▣ Memory: 7 TB
▣ HDD: 6 TB
▣ SSD: 1 TB
