Question my pc partially black screens after logging in

Whenever I turn on my pc I have a normal startup and login fine but after I login there seems to be a problem loading everything

on my pc and its basically a black screen with only a few applications and the taskbar that work.

Looks like your OS is either corrupt or your drive is being bogged down. Could you add more details? Specs to your build at this moment of time?

im also not exactly good with computers so if you need any more info ill try my best to figure it out
