all ports or just some? what could have happened is a power surge fried your devices themselves. this has happened to me with a headset once and is why you should always use a power bar with surge protector

All ports are not working. And, yes, PC was powered into power surge. can someone help with solution please?

Power bars are not foolproof. Most likely you got a power surge which damaged the motherboard. Regardless of what happened, its time to get a new mobo. You should always unplug your computer during a storm.
