My PC POSTs but I get a black image on my monitor

Yesterday evening I shut down my PC and everything was working just fine. I had just got a new wireless charging pad for my phone that I wanted to test out but it didn't have a plug, just a usb cable. The pad said 5v 1a input and I don't have an adapter handy so just to test it out I plugged it into my PC's front usb port. I plugged it in and the pads light shone blue briefly before shining red. It didn't charge my phone, my PC must not provide enough power through the port, that's fine no problem just unplug and find another source.

My problem is that when I tried to boot my PC again, everything lit up and fans started spinning but there was no POST beep from the motherboard and the monitor remained blank. No amount of restarting or unplugging the power cable and plugging it back in would help. I tried to unplug the cable and holding the power button for 30 sec and it didn't help. I left it unplugged overnight to see if it would help.

The next day the problem still persisted so I opened up the PC, took out the CMOS battery from the motherboard, held the power button for 30 sec and replaced the battery. The PC restarted once and then after a long breath the POST beep was heard! Happy days only now the monitor turned on but the monitor showed only black on the screen. The monitor says it's receiving 1080p@60hz signal but it would only show black. So i removed my GPU and plugged the HDMI cable into the motherboard. POST beep, black screen. I removed both my SSD and HDD, same thing. I removed my RAM and the motherboard went crazy beeping like I was about to strangle it but no image, nothing.

All lights and fans on both the motherboard and GPU are working and I can't figure out what to do next. All troubleshooting advice I could find through Google give advice for people who are building a new PC and might now have plugged in everything where it needs to be and I get that but my PC was working fine and I don't know how to proceed. Can anyone give me some advice on what to do?

Sorry for the formatting, I'm on mobile.
