My PC powers down when I try to load Windows

When I turn my PC on, I get past the motherboard screen and the PC crashes during / right after Windows has loaded. Sometimes after a black screen, I see the welcome screen other times it powers down before I get the chance. Sometimes I get to a blue screen that tells me Windows has failed to load, I use that to load my PC up in safe mode, which seems to work okay. I have tried a system restore twice, one worked and the other failed.

Solution
I just checked it for your motherboard, it seems like they didn't release any new BIOS apart from cpu agesa 1.5.0 update which will not solve your issue.

here's for video driver:

got to dowbload tab and just select your windows 10 is it x32/x64, download and install Catalyst 15.7.1 & Graphics Driver
before doing this use DDU to uninstall the driver first:
DDU download link: http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html

You didn't recently updated windows or something like that ?

1)Try a system restore once more
2)try putting windows installation cd to boot and choose under advanced - fix windows errors
3) if steps 1 and 2 doens't fix the issue, format everything and reinstall windows

I don't think my USB drive can fit Windows on it.
Tried doing a system restore and it failed also checked my CPU temp in BIOS and it is only 20c if that changes anything.

You can find 8GB usb drives in almost every store for less than 10$, windows 10 takes around 4GB, get one and then try fixing the errors..

You're still going to need that USB for windows re installation

Another thing before you reinstall windows. Boot windows in safe mode with networking, make sure you have the latest drivers and updated BIOS to latest version!

I really hate how much help I need with this, but would you mind helping me find the downloads for the drivers and BIOS? I'm terrified of doing something wrong when my PC is already not working properly.
