Can you check your power supply unit's sticker , any other detail?

but not downloading may be a different problem.
try to sin out and log in again. or change different account.
even crate a new windows account and sign in again. it will work.

there will be a connection problem. a wire which which should connect your integrated back audio jack and your front port. check that its connected fine.
if not, may be your front audio jack is damaged.

earlier when i have win 7 i used realteak manager it solved my problem but i cant download realteak to win 8.1 though i tried installing it it gives me error . so if i can install realteak in my win 8.1 somehow i can solve the problem i need help from u solving when installation is on last step it gives error 0001 to me ans exits what to do

but i am not sure why you are getting the error, while you downloading gt racing 2 and shadow fight.
may be some compatibility issues with your CPU and that game. its not optimized for it.
