My PC randomly crashes then reboots

My Pc will just randomly crash then take forever to reboot itself. I don't know if it's a motherboard, psu, or ram issue but I need some opinions on it.

cpu - AMD FX- 8300 eight core
ram - 16GB ddr3
gpu - gtx 750 ti
mobo - gigabyte 78lmt usb3
psu - evga 400 watt

does it crash under load the use hwinfo sensorpageto check temp ,voltages and fans speed also you could use occt to stress your psu , Then use whocrased to see if system have any minidump files and post result here .
