My PC randomly freezes from few seconds to sometimes permanently why?

So here is my specs:

AMD FX 8350 Eight Core 4.00 GHZ Processor

16GB Ram

GTX 1060 3GB Gigabyte

2TB Barracuda HDD

For some reason my PC randomly out of nowhere can freeze for few seconds (I can move my mouse and even switch tabs but videos won't load and nothing will open up. I can just circle around windows and move my mouse) and after 20-30 seconds everything starts working again OR sometimes it might freeze (without being able to move mouse, I have waited for around 30 mins but nothing happens) I have to hard restart it.

At first I though my HDD was getting rusty, I had it for four years and as I know life expectancy for a HDD is around 3-4 years, so I bought a new 2TB barracuda and did a fresh windows install. Still freezes from time to time.

After that I thought overheating was the problem, maybe CPU was just overheating. No both CPU and GPU are fine.

I'm not OCing my pc as well.

I have brand new cables and ports are in a great condition.

Before I did a fresh install on new hard drive and copied my files from old hdd I did a malwarebytes check on them as well and nothing suspicious popped up.

I seriously don't know what's wrong with it and google didn't help me much.

So I finally reached my last resort ( Suffocation, no breathing Don't give a fuck if I cut my arm, bleeding )

Okay I had to do this ^ but jokes aside

can anyone help me out and tell me what's wrong with my PC?

Asked same question on reddit but got no response unfortunately.

Thank you for your time!

Hello inquisitorious

Can you please confirm from where are you obtaining your graphics and sound drivers?

If not already done yet, please try downloading the most updated drivers for your motherboard, and instead of updating them from Device Manager, remove them and install the fresh drivers from the start.

Also, please check and confirm if the BIOS is updated. If not, updating the BIOS might do the trick.

Cheers!!
