[SOLVED] My pc randomly freezes.

My pc started freezing about a month ago the kind of freezeing its doing is like lag the audio starts stuttering alot and the frame rate drops and starts stuttering. So i had resource monitor open and the it did this in the cpu area

i dont know what is going on i replaced the power supply cause it sounded like a psu issue but that was not the problem. so i need help thank you

Your CPU usage is at 100%, clean your windows from all the junkware, on better yeat just clean reinstall
