I built my PC about 6 months ago. For the last month, my PC will randomly lag for 5-10 seconds; I can see my cursor move super slow and stuttery while my sound cuts in and out. Also, my 3 monitors will go black for 3-5 seconds from time to time. Sometimes my PC will lag then my monitors will go black; sometimes my monitors will go black alone with no lag. I've run a check on my RAM, and my RAM is fine. I've also checked my boot drive; that is fine, too. I've updated my graphics driver at least once in the last month (maybe twice), so I don't think it's that. I've set my virtual memory on my boot drive to equal my RAM. I've looked up how to set that, and I can't really find a clear answer. I've cleaned my PC to no avail. My CPU temps never go past low 70s, but my GPU temp (which is always at least a little higher than my CPU temps) has hit high 70s, usually just mid 70s on full load. My CPU idles low 30s to mid 30s, and my GPU idles mid 30s to high 30s. These are my PC specs:

CPU: Intel Core i7 7900K
GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 1070 Aero
Motherboard: MSI MPG Z390M GAMING EDGE
RAM: Corsair Vengence RGB Pro 32 GB
Boot Drive: 240 GB San Disk SSD

I also have 3 HDD and a M.2 if that could be something causing it.

I can play any game fine. I just occasionally get that massive lag for a short period.

Does anyone have any idea what is causing this? Is 80 degrees really that high for a GPU temp?
