My PC randomly restart ! Help Sensei !

My PC randomly restart when I'm playing games, this issue have been happening to me since I got the PC. But it seldom happen in the past, so I kinda ignore it. Now I'm playing Blade & Soul [NA] everytime I went into some dungeon, my pc just black out then restarting itself. It happen so often now that irritates me so much.
My Spec was:
Intel Core i7 4770
Corsair Vengeance RAM 16GB [2x8]
MSI GTX 960 Tiger Edition
PSU was ASUS 600W

Is my PSU problem ? or my PSU can't afford the my GPU watt ? Should I change my PSU ?
Please help me sensei ! and recommend me some stuff if i need to replace !

Sounds like the PSU to me. Seeing as zero information is known about this PSU, it's probably really poor quality as is.

I think its PSU problem too, but there isn't any spare PSU for me to try. I was thinking of changing it too since I think it's really poor quality. Can you recommend me any affordable PSU that support my Spec ?

ummmm, I don't really understand Seasonic ? Is that PSU brand ?
