Question My PC randomly restarts, then the CPU light comes on ?

I've got a i9-10850k in a MSI Unify Z490i itx motherboard and sometimes the PC will randomly restart. It will either keep restarting or it will restart and stop at the CPU diaognastic light.
What is weird is nothing will work or boot but if I press on the CPU block in the corner, the PC will boot and work fine. Sometimes I release the corner and it will shut off, at other times it stays on..
I have tried:

• Tighten every screw on the custom loop
• Re applied thermal paste
• Tighten the back plate
• Checked for bent pins on motherboard

It never shuts off during a stress test.

I am out of ideas, is the cooler mount crooked or something that would cause unequal pressure or is it hardware?
Every test or diagnostic everything passed the test. PC been on all day, no issues so far.

Msi meg unify i490z
16g ram corsair dominator 3600hz
Custom waterloop
Power supply is fractial design ion sfx 650g
Case is phantek shift mini
