Question My pc randomly started to require login and password

This happened randomly when i started my PC 2 days ago. It went to the windows login screen on startup, even though ive never enabled it, and it said username and password are incorrect. I also noticed it had to logins at the bottom left. the 1st login account works fine but hte 2nd one i have issues with. I did the whole windows key + r and typed in netplwiz and it only shows 1 account and the box that says "users must enter a user name and password to use this computer" is un checked. Ive gone into account settings also and there is 1 login. Ive changed my microsoft password, did a system restore to the 23rd and it still asks for password everytime i log in. Did some sort of malware install and im not aware of it?
