My pc randomly turned off and makes clicking noises. After I can't turn it on right away and I have to wait a couple of minutes sometimes.

My PC randomly turned off and I it usually concluded with some random clicking noises. I thought it was the PSU(Corsair CX series CX750, 750W, Bronze Edition), so I upgraded to a better PSU(EVGA SuperNova 850 G5, 80 Plus Gold 850W) and it seemed to have fixed the issue for like 3 weeks. Then it started doing it again and so I concluded that it was not the PSU but something else.
Here's a few things I noticed about it:
before and after the random shut down, I hear clicking noises.
The shutdowns are random because I get them when i'm under load playing video games or if i'm just surfing the web.
I used IPDT to test the processor and it seems to be working fine.
When the pc turns off, there is still current flowing through the pc because my GPU white lights don't turn off. MY GPU is a ASUS ROG STRIC AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT.

I'm not sure what is making my pc turn off randomly?

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

You might want to list your specs to the system, like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

When you say you hear a click, is from the PSU itself or perhaps it's coming from an HDD. I've had some system's that gave a click noise from the HDD and that was what caused a system to BlueScreen and reboot.

You might want to breaboard with the bare minimum hardware(one stick of ram, iGPU and only boot drive) and see if the issue persists. Also, make sure you're on the latest BIOS update for your motherboard.
