I have GA-G41MT-S2 (rev. 1.3) motherboard ,it have 2 ram slots of ddr3 I already had 2gb ram(1333mhz) and later I fixed another 2gb ram (133mhz)
It was showing memory runs at dual channel interleaved at boot up
My computer worked fine till 5th time I ran it
at 6th time it started getting restart after after 20 every minute
So I decided to run them separately ,
when I ran it with my old ram it worked fine
when i ran my pc alone with the new ram I got it started restarting after windows loads up

So Is my RAM damaged or is there anyway to fix this

Your old and new memory may not be compatible with each other. I suggest you return the new memory and use the ones in the above link.
If it weren't compatible why did they worked first 5 time for like 10 hours I am little curious about that and I forgot to mention it in my OP this new ram was given to me by a friend who don't have any use of ddr3.
