Question My pc reboots itself while gaming

Hello i got a new gpu recently rx 570 4gb , i noticed the system reboot it self when try to play games like pro 19 gta v ..
my psu is vs 450w (orange white version) my ram is 8 gb, i5 6500 3,2 with a after market cooler if i say it correct ..
i went to bios to disable the overheat protection when the temp goes up to reboot but didnt help ..
i have a psu tester and showed the pg 630 ms what this supposed to mean? ik pg is power is good something like that..
before this gpu i had gtx 750 ti 2gb oc msi .. i didnt had this problem .. only like 1 time to 2 months or so ..
should i change psu?

is it possibly theory thats reboot itself because my gpu has 3 fans and its too big and cant get into the slot correctly? now i noticed that

This behavior is most often temperatures or power supply. If the temperatures are fine, I'd start with changing the PSU as the existing one is very poor quality.

yes but now i noticed the gpu doesnt fix very well on the gpu slot..

my gpu is rx 570 red devil 4gb
and mobo is h110m-hdv\

EDIT: the mobo has this orange thing that protects somthing i dont know what..
and the gpu cant fix because of that.. can iremove it ?
