Those are fine temps, do you have any other PSU you could try with those specs? I would aim to PSU not providing enough juice to your Components. Check your pc for loose power cords as well. Also what is your Motherboard temp, you could check that with HWMonitor.

Fine temp as well as far as I know. Would you please try removing your GPU and RAM and cleaning them both and put them back. Also if you'll got a chance try borrowing a quality PSU with any 550W or 600W and replace yours for testing, most of the reboot problems are PSU related.

I've no money yet to buy a new PSU. But I can try to replace my PSU with any other Branded PSU to test my PC in Gaming.
Today I have cleaned my RAM and GPU, but I noticed that there is no change in performance and the problem of randomly rebooting of PC while Gaming.

And also I incresead my RAM to 8GB DDR3 (1+1+2+4).

Thanks for your kind response ''FABIOXN7''.

If you could borrow the PSU instead of buying, but a good one with the watt rate I stated before just for testing while gaming, I'm pretty sure you would figure it out if it's a PSU problem. If the computer doesn't reboot itself after gaming for hours then it's the PSU. Try to do that and post your feedback if you can. Since it's not an overheat problem, it will make things a little more easier for you.
