Question My pc recognizes bluetooth dongle as a usb. How can I fix it?

Hi. When I insert bluetooth dongle on my pc it opens it as a usb and there are some files named bt-music and bluetooth does't appear in computer.
I have already installed bluetooth drivers but it doesn't work.
Any solution please?

It can also work for the speakers that they don't have bluetooth.
